The duties and responsibilities of a Customer Experience Associate (REAL ID) include: Responding to customer inquiries related to REAL ID, exam scheduling, and roadway concerns by utilizing information learned during training and resources available through people, customer records, and knowledge management systems. Responding to customer inquiries by using professional, effective verbal communication skills. Identifying customer needs by using information provided, system data, clarifying questions, and problem solving to ensure the customer is provided complete and accurate information. Adhering to confidentiality requirements and laws to ensure information is disseminated only to authorized individuals. Processing required transactions via mainframe or web-based applications. Submitting research requests in a concise yet accurate manner, requiring effective and accurate written communication skills. Maintaining a thorough knowledge of the company and client programs, policies, and technology. Providing support to other positions/operations in cases of heavy workloads or absences.
