Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing and maintaining updated information for customers.<br> <br> <b>Roles and Responsibilities:</b><br> <ul> <li> Perform administrative functions supporting customer service functions and sales order entries.</li> <li> Provide monthly status of open orders and follow up with customers and Production.</li> <li> Maintain record of asset delivery progress and invoicing.</li> <li> Interact with Production, Buyer and Planner for follow-up of customer orders.</li> <li> Resolve licensing issues received from customers and record in support database.</li> <li> Maintain and improve the integrity of the data in the MFGPRO database.</li> <li> Use the guiding principles and tools of the Manufacturing System to drive continuous improvement, wherever applicable.</li> </ul> <br> <b>Minimum Job Requirements:</b><br> <ul> <li> Familiar with ERP/MRP systems (SAP preferred)</li> <li> Basic understanding of customs and logistics process</li> <li> Basic understanding of Trade Compliance protocols</li> <li> Proficency in Excel (preferred vlookups, pivot tables)</li> <li> Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in the US, without sponsorship</li> </ul> <br> <b>Preferred Requirements:</b><br> <ul> <li> SupplyChain of IndustrialEngineering experience</li> </ul> <br><br>Schlumberger is an equal employment opportunity employer.
