In order to support the businesses ambition for further growth we are recruiting a Senior Associate to support our team of 20 Finance Business Partners, supporting approx. 2500 Partners and staff.</p><p><br /><u><b><b>A</b><b>bout the role</b></b></u></p><p></p><p> In addition to providing Finance Business Partner support to the Consulting business, you will support our team’s wider transformation goals, with a focus on utilising new technologies, streamlining processes, establishing financial controls and helping to communicate our strategy, progress and priorities.</p><p>As a Senior Associate you should have strong business, technical, analytical and commercial skills and be able to apply your knowledge to provide advice to client facing professionals in line with PwC policies and accounting standards. You should be forward thinking and be able to develop innovative solutions to support the business growth and profitability targets.</p><p>You will report to the Finance Leader and Finance Manager.  You will liaise with and work alongside other finance and operations functions, you will develop a network of key contacts, build strong relationships and develop new skills.</p><p>As Senior Associate, you will play a key role in the following areas:</p><p>·        Team transformation</p><p><b>·      </b>        Process improvement</p><p>·        Business strategy and planning</p><p>·        Budgeting and forecasting</p><p>·        Interpretation and reporting of the monthly financial results; recommending actions</p><p>·        Performance management and improvement</p><p>·        Financial control and compliance</p><p>·        People management and development of others      </p><p><br /><b><b>Requirements</b></b></p><ul><li><p>ACA, CIMA or ACCA qualified or part-qualified desirable, but not essential</p></li><li><p>Tech enabled, with some experience of using new technology</p></li><li><p>Focused on continuous improvement in all areas of their work</p></li><li><p>Agile, embraces innovation and change</p></li><li><p>Creative, with experience of putting together presentations using PowerPoint / Google Slides</p></li><li><p>Commercially minded with a deep business understanding</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical skills</p></li><li><p>Action orientated and a self-starter</p></li><li><p>Experience of forming strong relationships in a Business Partnering role</p></li><li><p>Strong written and verbal communication skills</p></li><li><p>Ability to prioritise and delegate were appropriate</p></li><li><p>Takes responsibility for own personal development</p></li><li><p>Intermediate to advanced Excel / Google Sheets</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><b>Additional information</b></b></p><ul><li><p>This is an office-based role (working from our More London offices) with the opportunity of flexible working hours and the opportunity to work from home occasionally.</p></li></ul><p> <br /><b><b>The skills we look for in future employees</b></b></p><p>All our people need to demonstrate the skills and behaviours that support us in delivering our business strategy.
