As part of this growth, we are  seeking to recruit an experienced Test Manager to work with our team based in Belfast to provide QA leadership for delivery of a number of programmes for internal and external clients. </p><ul><li>The role of the Test Manager will be expected to perform the following:  Leading the QA function using primarily Agile methodologies with providing test strategy and overview. </li><li>Definition and maintenance of product specific test standards including process and documentation for each programme undertaken</li><li>Ownership and accountability of overall test estimation and effort for each project and programme undertaken. </li><li>Responsible for resource planning of the testing effort across all disciplines of testing  </li><li>Working with scrum teams/project team to deliver agile testing capability incorporating Shift left techniques. </li><li>Responsible for planning and execution of all test disciplines in scope across large complex end to end solutions. </li><li>Definition of automation frameworks covering API, UI and mobile capability </li><li>Delivery of the testing reporting framework including real-time status on the overall test effort and providing stakeholder level updates highlighting risk and issues </li><li>Documenting test results, ready for compilation into consolidated high-level reports </li></ul><p></p><p><b><u>Who we are looking for </u></b></p><p></p><ul><li>Previous experience of managing the test function within a range of different sectors and technologies including Salesforce, Guidewire, Dynamics, Workday and Oracle.</li><li>Strong experience in delivery test strategies covering all disciplines of testing including functional, system integration, end to end and performance testing</li><li>Strong experience in stakeholder management at all levels delivering clear real-time status on test progress, risks and issues</li><li>Experience setting up the test function using Azure DevOps, HP QC and JIRA</li><li>Flexible, independent and self-motivated with the ability to deliver and adaptable to change</li><li>Strong experience in working in Agile testing environments delivering TDD/BDD and automation capability.  </li><li>Hands-on experience in planning and implementing AI and ML solutions for Quality Engineering.</li><li>Exposure to testing systems with AI and ML capabilities.</li><li>Relevant tools and framework experience for AI and ML capability in Quality Engineering.</li><li>Strong oral and written communication skills </li><li>Strong experience of iterative/incremental software delivery </li><li>Experience of working in fast paced environments to strict deadlines </li><li>Bachelor’s Degree or HNC in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field, or equivalent work experience </li><li>ISTQB Certification desirable</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b><u>What’s in it for you? </u></b></p><p></p><p>The role of the Test Manager will be varied and challenging, providing you with an opportunity to work with a wide variety of high-profile clients.
