In addition, help generate business to increase revenues through sales of Weatherford products and services. <br><br>After the initial graduate program you will have the opportunity to remain in a field role as a multi-skilled field engineer or to pursue an office role in areas such as customer support or technical support. <br><br>Responsibilities and Duties: <br><br><ul><li> Test and maintain equipment in the shop and in the field. </li><li> Provide onsite labour, when needed. </li><li> Perform maintenance and repairs on company owned and rental equipment in the field. </li><li> Participate during investigations and provide feedback to clients (Investigation reports) </li><li> Assist in time, cost, and labour estimates for completion of job assignments. </li><li> Recommend measures to improve methods, performance, and quality to increase efficiency. </li><li> Accurate and thorough completion of job reports in a timely basis. </li><li> Assist in the shop and make deliveries </li><li> Assist Field Service Rep. II when needed. </li><li> Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of Weatherford. </li><li> Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level. </li></ul> <br><br><b> Qualifications </b><br><br><ul><li> Field Engineer Trainee with B.Sc. or M.Sc. of Engineering (Petroleum, Drilling, Mechanical preferred). Graduation Year: 2021 - 2022. </li><li> Excellent command of the English language. </li><li> Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. </li><li> Excellent organization and presentation skills. </li><li> Advanced PC user. </li><li> Willingness to travel and work in the field with a flexible working schedule. </li><li> Willingness to travel and work national and international with a flexible working schedule. </li><li> Must be physically able to respond to emergency situations. </li></ul>
