<div class="mds-edited-text mds-font-body-copy-bulk"><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Deals provide an opportunity for faster growth, development of stronger capabilities, accelerated operational transformation, value realisation and protection. We draw upon our deals experience across many industries to support and partner with our clients. The insight we create, coupled with the Intelligent Digital tools and methodologies which we use to get to and evaluate the data that matters, and contributes to the success of our clients in all Deals situations. Here you&rsquo;ll put together major mergers and acquisitions and resolve business crises. You&rsquo;ll work on anything from international take-over bids to economic crime investigations and cases of insolvency.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><br /><p><b>Valuations</b><br />Our Valuations team are diverse and collaborative. They work alongside clients to support them in making key commercial and strategic valuation decisions on business deals or restructuring, disputes, tax regulation and financial reporting. Valuing a business involves a blend of technical and industry knowledge, commercial and market insight and an inquisitive mind.<br /><br /><b>Programme</b><br />During this three-day paid programme you’ll get an insight into what a career at PwC could look like. You’ll virtually meet mentors and buddies who’ll represent the variety of opportunities available across PwC. You’ll meet some of our Female colleagues to hear about their own personal career journeys, as well as from some of our networks focussed on Inclusion and Diversity Diversity and Inclusion. Through interactive sessions the programme will help you to develop confidence in a business setting and encourage you to bring your whole self to the workplace. At PwC, we nurture an environment where our people can be the best they can be.<br /><br />Our Women in Business programme will be a 3-day paid programme which will be run from the 28th to 30th June. 39;ll do</b><br />In Valuations, you&
39;ll typically work as part of a small, highly focused project team. The project manager will rely on you for effective support from start to finish. You could be responsible for researching a specific market and industry sector or analysing the financial track record and projected performance of a company. You will also conduct financial modelling and analysis of comparable companies/transactions and aid in the preparation of client reports and pitch documents.<br /><br /><b>What you&
39;ll need</b><br />You’ll need to have, or be on course for, a 2.1 degree or above in any subject. We determine whether you&
39;re on course for a 2.1 based on the grades you achieved in your last completed year of academic study.<br /><br />You’ll need to be in your penultimate year of an undergraduate or postgraduate degree; or<br />You’ll need to be in your final year of an undergraduate degree with a one year postgraduate place confirmed<br /><br /><b>Work permit</b><br />Please take some time to confirm your eligibility for the role.
