<p>Brunswick House Primary School is looking to
appoint a temporary site manager to join our fantastic staff team. Expected
start date: October 2021 </p>
<p>We are looking to appoint someone with a range of
proven skills and expertise in relevant maintenance and DIY related tasks.
Previous experience of working in a school would be advantageous. </p>
<p>Recognised skills in plumbing, carpentry, electrics
would serve you well in this post. </p>
<p>You will be responsible for the security,
maintenance and upkeep of the school and will need to have a good level of
understanding of the health and safety requirements of a large site. </p>
<p>We require self-motivated candidates who are able
to demonstrate that they are active, versatile, well organised and reliable,
with excellent communication skills. </p>
<p>Some duties are physical in nature and include
outside working. You should, therefore, be comfortable lifting furniture,
equipment and deliveries to statutory limits. </p>
<p>Working Pattern: 30 hours a week, Monday to Friday:
07:00 - 13:00. </p>
<p>Timings over school holidays (if relevant) would
change - these will be agreed with the successful candidate. </p>
