<b>Position Summary </b><br />

Focusing on deepwater subsea installations and field developments, the SSR&amp;OPG Engineering Group deliver tailored solutions-from the routine to the extreme. We provide fit-for-purpose engineering design through the entire asset lifecycle including decommissioning. From our Norway office we provide engineering support to the Eastern Hemisphere as well as globally.<br />

Due to increased activity we are looking for experienced Senior Engineers to join our team.<br />
<br />
<b>Duties &amp; Responsibilities </b><br />
<br />
<b>Functions </b> :</p>

<ul>
<li>Execute complex engineering projects from start to delivery</li>
<li>Provide engineering support to sales activities in our operational groups</li>
<li>Prepare and review technical proposals and specifications</li>
<li>Lead cross-regional and multi-discipline engineering teams in projects</li>
<li>Lead engineering reviews</li>
<li>Prepare procedures</li>
<li>Create complete design packages and necessary documentation</li>
<li>Mentor and supervise younger engineers</li>
<li>Provide technical guidance on areas of expertise</li>
<li>Communicate with business units to understand their engineering needs</li>
</ul>

&bull; In project role perform work as required by the project specific assigned role and in accordance with Oceaneering HSE policy, Management processes and quality requirements.<br />

<br />
<b>Qualifications </b><br />
<br />
<b>Required qualifications </b> :</p>

<ul>
<li>Extensive 3D CAD modelling experience, preferably SolidWorks</li>
<li>Experience with System Engineering and Product Development</li>
<li>Good writing skills</li>
<li>Must have good multidiscipline knowledge</li>
<li>Knowledge of applicable regulations and standards</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills</li>
<li>Safety focused</li>
</ul>

<b>Education and/or Experience: </b></p>

<ul>
<li>Engineering degree</li>
<li>Minimum 10 years relevant work experience from subsea intervention/installation</li>
</ul>
