The Role: Usage Analyst, Usage Modernization Grade (for internal use only): 09 The Location: Islamabad, Pakistan The Team: The Usage team is committed to providing high-quality, actionable insights to enable our business to make well-informed decisions. The Impact: As a member of the Usage team, you will help our business uncover value from the usage data that we collect from our desktop platforms. This data will provide real-time feedback loops that will allow our business to make more informed decisions and better engage with end-users. Responsibilities Analyze business processes and requirements Assist in development, roll-out, and maintenance of analytics dashboards Document requirements, design specifications, and user materials Answer reporting, data, and workflow questions from stakeholders. Identify gaps and errors in reporting and work towards improving overall data quality Qualifications: 3 years of relevant work experience, 1+ preferred as a Business or Data Analyst Experience in requirements gathering, technical specifications, and business analysis Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a dynamic environment Maintain a high level of attention to detail Strong communication skills, including oral, written and presentation Advanced working knowledge of Excel Knowledge of Google Analytics, Tableau, or other data visualization tools is a plus S&P Global Market Intelligence At S&P Global Market Intelligence, we know that not all information is important—some of it is vital.
