Success in the Role: What are the performance outcomes after Academy Program you will work toward completing? As an Associate Marketing Specialist in Customer Experience & Success (CXS), you will be a key member of the APJ Audiences and Program team, responsible for supporting the development and delivery of regional marketing programs aimed at raising awareness through brand, thought leadership, driving demand through customer & account experiences for VMware’s Enterprise segment across all touch points, and educating customers on their multi cloud journey. We offer hands-on experience developing and implementing comprehensive omni-channel programs including events (face-to-face and virtual), database marketing, email, social media, web and display advertising campaigns, in line with brand plans and business priorities. You will also learn the soft skills on how to communicate with your myriad stakeholders from all over the world. The Work: What type of work will you be doing? The APJ Audiences and Program team is led by Fabian Sossa, and you will have teammates residing in Singapore, Australia, India, Japan and China.
