The Role You will be the Skincare & Fragrance trainer in a Nordic education team with 10 Category Trainers in Denmark, Sweden, and Norway. In close partnership with the Education Lead you will execute training programs within the Skincare and Fragrance categories and work closely together with the Sales department to support a best-in-class sales force working in Matas and Magasin/Salling at Jutland. You will facilitate trainings within the Estée Lauder Companies products, sales techniques, sharing skincare- and fragrance skills, coaching and other areas both in store, in classroom and virtually. You will be part of a team that transforms and elevates the education journey with a key focus on accelerating digital learning and virtual selling. Your Key Responsibilities More specifically, you will: Execute programs for brands within specific skincare- and fragrance categories including selling, services, and coaching – in store or via digital channels, working from home Plan and deliver the education training for staff in stores across Denmark focusing on product development and educating & giving feedback on skincare- and fragrance skills Build sales and consumer experience capabilities within the field sales teams Develop, implement, and host programs for branded content on Social Media together with your team such as How-To videos and live streaming – both for internal use and for consumers, working from home Qualifications Your Qualifications You have a strong background within retail and education, preferably from the beauty industry You have strong presentation skills and the ability to deliver clear, concise, and compelling messages You are proactively seeking ways to improve personal and organizational effectiveness to meet current and future business needs You have an interest for the digital world and are not afraid of putting yourself in front of the camera You are an experienced and passionate beauty expert – preferably within the skincare and fragrance categories You are fluent in Danish and as well as fluent in English in both writing and speaking. You have a great knowledge of working with the Microsoft Office-package, such as PowerPoint, Word and in Teams.
