We help a diverse range of customers across the value chain to reduce operating costs and improve productivity.<br><br>Partner with the best<br><br>As a Fast Lane Buyer Specialist, you will work for processing in the quickest and most effective way the Purchase Order Requests (POR) deriving from site Service Requests (SR) arisen during installation, maintenance, warranty projects, to avoid impact on contractual operation date vs Final Customer and ensuring business continuity for Customer plant operations.<br><br>As a Fast Lane Buyer Specialist, you will be responsible for:<br><ul><li>coordinating procurement activities from POR approval to goods Receiving, supporting the Material Expert to identify qualified suppliers & best purchasing solution</li><li>Assigning PORs to the Buyer in the Region, according to the related Countries and priorities</li><li>Managing POR workload based on priority and aging (both for POR and SR).</li><li>Placing purchase orders to guarantee the shortest possible delivery to site, with consistent prices.</li><li>Working with Suppliers, SFM (Supplier Fulfillment Managers) and Shipping team to maximize outbound shipments (direct shipment from Supplier to site).</li><li>Working with SFM, during PO execution till materials RTS (Ready To Ship) date, to smoothly solve all possible issues.</li><li>Being accountable of fulfillment status for the assigned tasks and collecting documentation for outbound shipment feasibility check.</li><li>Supporting Material Expert to identify qualified Suppliers before POR, to expedite Supplier in offer/documents submission.</li><li>Supporting strategies linked to NCM-CCM material demands & proactively drive initiatives to meet Procurement objectives.</li><li>Following up on assigned tasks during internal review with Material Expert and Installation Manager Team and supporting buyers in the region</li></ul><br><br>Fuel your passion<br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><ul><li>Have a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Finance or equivalent knowledge/ experience</li><li>Have a good experience in Procurement, Operations, Supply Chain and/or Commercial</li><li>Demonstrate the ability to quickly adapt to learn and consolidate new products, business areas and managed commodities.</li><li>Be stress resilient with professional attitude and have experience in managing multiple priorities and stakeholders in a complex working environment.</li><li>Be able to maintain workload management in a high-pressure environment, through the ability to organize and prioritize tasks subject to criticalities</li><li>Be a motivated self-starter, proactively taking the initiative for solving problems.</li><li>Show analytical approach for problem identification and their quick resolution.</li><li>Be proficient in MS Excel & ERP Systems.</li><li>Be Fluent English (Italian knowledge is a plus) and hold an EU passport.</li><li>Have team working attitude, be motivated and focused on results.</li><li>Show ability to quickly switch in multiple roles (Buyer; SFM; Material Management for WH availability/alternative item).</li><li>Show good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.</li></ul><br><br>Work in a way that works for you<br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
