This also includes the preparation then execution of the scope and along with assisting in client technical queries. Ensure that all work carried out meets the requirements of the companies' policies, Quality System OHSE and NATA Accreditation. The expediting of jobs through site as required and the management of all resources so that customer on time delivery can be made.<br><br><b>Responsibilities</b><br> <ul> <li> Running and coordination of team of technicians whilst on site</li> <li> Effective management of allocated resources including personnel and equipment to achieve on time delivery.</li> <li> Identify opportunities to further develop the business and assist in developing these opportunities into additional revenue streams.</li> <li> Provide daily leadership and ongoing strategic direction of the site personnel.</li> <li> Manage or oversee the management of individual projects to ensure time and quality parameters are met.</li> <li> Ensure that Quality Policies and Procedures are adhered to and where areas of non-conformance are identified, report to Field Service Manager.</li> <li> Liaise with customers on both technical and general business requirements where appropriate.</li> <li> Carry out site work requirements in a proficient and professional manner.</li> <li> Constantly improve throughput volume by maximizing the output level per employee whilst reducing level of rework and or waste.</li> <li> Establish a reputation with clients for providing consistently high standards of work and on time delivery.</li> <li> Handle and direct complaints to the appropriate department / personnel and be involved in the resolution to ensure complete customer satisfaction is maintained.</li> <li> Promote sound working relationships with both staff and customers through developing a harmonious and stable working environment</li> <li> Ensure that the Quality Policies and Procedures are adhered to and these are reviewed for changes or improvement on a regular basis by using the Corrective Action and Non Conformance reports to identify system compliance and potential changes.</li> <li> Ensure that all work has been completed, inspected and signed off before passing on to the next operation.</li> <li> Prepare and submit quotations to clients.</li> <li> Help Field service coordinator on scheduling and invoicing</li> <li> Assist in financial reporting to the PSD by keeping track of revenues and costs.</li> <li> Ensure that the scheduled maintenance and care for all equipment and tooling is carried out and records completed. </li> <li> Adhere to company policies and having a commitment & participation in HSE initiatives for improvement which shall include ensuring that the workshop remains a clean and safe working environment</li> <li> Attend regular safety toolbox meetings in-house and on-site as scheduled by the HSSE Management team and the Client.</li> <li> Develop a sound mechanical understanding of various valve and actuator types.</li> <li> Develop a sound understanding of the Hydrostatic and Pneumatic testing requirements of various valve types and pressures.</li> <li> Lead by example ensuring OI/RIR/SQ levels and OTC levels are kept at required minimums</li> <li> Work to a consistently high standard.</li> <li> Team player as well as being able to work with minimal supervision.</li> <li> To attend regular safety toolbox meetings in-house as scheduled by the HSSE Management team.</li> </ul> <br> <b>About you</b><br> <ul> <li> Must have unlimited work rights in Australia - no sponsorship is offered for this role.</li> <li> Must be willing to work in Kewdale</li> <li> Mechanical trade qualification.</li> <li> Minimum of 5 years' experience of valve trouble shooting or flange machining (for Machinist Lead), preferably in the Oil & Gas Industry.</li> <li> Minimum of 3 years' experience in a supervisory role</li> <li> Sound working knowledge of flange facers, clam shell cutters as well as torque, and tension equipment.</li> <li> Working Knowledge of industrial safety legislation, issues, general requirements and practices.</li> <li> Significant PSV experience</li> <li> Proficient computer skills</li> </ul> <br> <b>What to do next</b><br> If you think you this job was made for you, then click on the apply button now. <br> <br> Schlumberger is an equal employment opportunity employer.
