One of our clients in HCMC, Vietnam, a well-established Private International School is looking to appoint an experienced candidate to become the Elementary School Principal to start in April / August 2022 as part of the school’s development plans.</p>
<p>The privately-owned school educates the local and the International expat community from Kindergarten to Grade 12, following the Ontario Curriculum and IB Diploma Programme.</p>

<p>The Elementary Principal assists the Head of School in building, developing the Elementary division. This role is responsible for the overall professional leadership and management of the Elementary curriculum and programme of instruction.</p>
<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>
<p>USA / Canadian / UK / Irish / Australian / New Zealand / South African qualified</p>
<p>Degree, recognised teaching qualification and Management qualification</p>
<p>Strong background in instructional and school administration leadership</p>
<p>Experience with Canadian or/and other advanced education systems and K-12 school model; experience with Vietnam education system would be an advantage</p>
<p><strong>Package</strong></p>
<p>Competitive Monthly Salary 55,000 USD to 70,000 USD (After Tax) per school year (10 months)</p>
