Our team creates business value through continuous improvement.<br><br><b> Partner with the Best </b><br><br>You will be responsible for facilitating transactions, producing, assembling and delivering replacement/ repair parts and equipment - as part of a Services agreement or order. Including activities such as processing transactions, managing processes, material management, site operations, or warehouse logistics & shipping.<br><br>As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for:<br><ul><li>Coordinating of fulfillment issues related to Customer Service Agreements, Time and Material, Component Repair and Accessory shops. <br></li><li>Working closely with the shop to resolve issues, represent customers in production meetings, and communicate status to the customer <br></li><li>Reviewing business options for impacts on profit, for compliance with contracts, policies, and procedures, and for innovative ways to achieve customer satisfaction. <br></li><li>Providing major contribution to the development of an operational year plan for own department activities of the team. <br></li><li>Coordinating shop and/or program reviews and customer visits at the site as necessary. <br></li><li>Suggesting improvements in products, processes and procedures. <br></li><li>Working together with people from the business unit. Contacts are under guidance and/or geared towards specifying activities, planning of activities and giving explanations on technical issues. <br></li><li>Working on the basis of predefined contracts and frameworks. Some latitude to deviate from those conditions. <br></li></ul><br><br><b> Fuel your passion </b><br><br><ul><li>To be successful in this role you will:<br></li><li>Have a BSc from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with experience in Services). <br></li><li>Have experience in a customer facing role. <br></li><li>Have proven project management experience. <br></li><li>Have the ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously. <br></li><li>Be structured and organized. <br></li><li>Have the ability to work on own initiative. <br></li><li>Have good oral and written communication skills in both Norwegian and English. <br></li></ul><br><br><b> Work in a way that works for you </b><br><br>We recognise that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
