This organisation delivers programmes to recruit, train and place unemployed young people into work.</p><p>This is a exciting time to join as they are growing and expanding. They also offer a annual bonus.</p><p>They are looking for someone to drive business development via employer engagement and candidate management in the Midlands.</p><p>You will lead the growth of the business by sourcing employer partners for bootcamp programmes and account managing these relationships. Reporting to the region's Partnerships Director, this is a role that would suit someone who is passionate about supporting people from diverse backgrounds into employment and able to inspire the same passion in employers. This role involves extensive research, outreach and relationship management, so it's a great opportunity to build a wealth of knowledge on local businesses within the Midlands region.</p><p>Your key focus will be to engage with employers to understand their pain points and determine their business needs, ahead of offering them a solution. Developing longlasting relationships is the ultimate aim. You will also have the opportunity of inspiring unemployed people to achieve life changing careers - supporting them to connect with employers, prepare for interviews and on-board into new roles.</p><p>Do you have Strong consultative selling skills with a proven track record of achieving targets? If you have had some experience in building relationships with clients in a recruitment setting this is a bonus, but not essential.</p><p>Do you have senior stakeholder management? The ability to communicate to a broad mix of stakeholders.
