[Consumer Health] - Commercial Quality Specialist(Fixed-term contractor)

Commercial Quality Specialist – Hong Kong has the overall quality oversight and responsibility to ensure quality and regulatory compliance of all Commercialized Products, Local Operating Company and Distribution Center Warehouses within Hong Kong Consumer Health business, meeting all applicable local Health Authority regulations as well as company’s internal Quality Policy Standards and procedures. Ensure ongoing compliance of all commercialized products in Hong Kong, with the applicable Local Health Authority regulations as well as with the company’s Quality Policy Standards and Procedures. Ensure effective deployment and robust governance of Quality Management System across Local Operating Company and Distribution Center warehouses in Hong Kong for sustained Quality Compliance and high performance. Be the primary Quality contact to the internal and external stakeholders in Hong Kong, on matters related to Product Quality and Regulatory Compliance, enabling compliant business growth and serves as the Management Representative of Consumer Health Hong Kong business unit. Drive Inspection/Audit readiness of the Local Operating Company and the Distribution Center warehouses in Hong Kong to ensure successful outcome of Health Authority inspections and corporate/customer/third party audits. Escalate Quality and Regulatory Compliance related issues to the Executive Management, drive its thorough investigation and speedy resolution by deploying suitable corrections, and effective corrective & preventive actions. Facilitate the Escalation meetings, Product Assessment Meetings (PAM) and Quality Review Board (QRB) meetings to decide appropriate actions for the impacted products and its reporting to local Health Authority. Build Commercial Quality capabilities in Hong Kong, in line with functional and business priorities. Requirements: Required Minimum Education: University degree in Science, preferably Pharmacy, Chemistry or Technology. Required Years of Related Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience in the Quality function of a Pharmaceutical, Cosmetics, or Healthcare industry. Supervisory/ managerial experience is preferred. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Proficient in English language, trained & certified on Quality accreditations, well-versed with local Health Authority regulations, ability to work in a highly matrixed global Note: Johnson & Johnson Announced Plans To Separate Our Consumer Health Business To Create A New Publicly Traded Company.
