Part Time Working Student (Global Customer Care)

For our Global Customer Care department in Gebze, we are looking for a Part Time Working Student (Global Customer Complaint). What are my responsibilities? • Supporting Global Customer Care Team in regard of customer complaints, • Creating and communication of complaint tickets, • Following up the complaints in daily basis, • Leading and steering the material handling and dispatch process from factory to customer site. What do I need to qualify for this job? • 3rd year undergraduate student or master student in Electrical, Mechanical and Mechatronics Engineering departments, • Able to work minimum 3 days remotely and/or in Gebze, • Good command of written and spoken Turkish & English, • Good command of MS Office applications, • Strong coordination and communication skills, • Flexible and good team player, • Open minded and highly collaborative.
