EYFS Teacher (Academic Year 2021 - 2022), Kuwait

<ul>
<li>To encourage staff development and support activities on the administration team</li>
<li>To assist in the completion of the curriculum</li>
<li>To collect and develop a yearly curriculum plan for all subjects within the department</li>
<li>To identify overall aims and objectives with their subject area</li>
<li>To design the structure of the work within the subjects and in meeting the need of the students</li>
<li>To observe teachers and make sure the appropriate curriculum is covered</li>
<li>To assist in the design of assessment tests, together with the level Principal and school counsellor</li>
<li>To assist teachers in the development and review of assessments with the subjects</li>
<li>To write a yearly report over the departments successes and challenges at the end of the school year</li>
<li>To develop action plans over department challenges</li>
<li>To chair subject committees for accreditation purpose</li>
<li>To help solve problems and resolve conflict within their department by meeting with teachers, students and parents where needed</li>
<li>To liaise with all the other coordinators to ensure smooth transition between and within grades</li>
<li>To gather and present pertinent information to share with the subject team</li>
<li>To motivate students and staff by personal influence and concern for the team</li>
<li>To gather analyse and make available student achievement records</li>
<li>To collect and analyse all grade data with teachers for the department</li>
<li>To write a quarterly/ yearly reports over assessment data for the department</li>
<li>To assist in the selection, storage and dispending of resources within the school</li>
<li>To carry out additional duties as detailed in the classroom teacher description</li>
<li>To help to develop class scheduling with vice Principal/ Principal</li>
<li>To help in developing substitute schedule for the department</li>
<li>To develop collect and distribute substitute teaching material for the department</li>
<li>To perform any other duties assigned by the level principal or school Director</li>
<li>Attend scheduled meetings and communicate appropriate information to teams</li>
