VEVRAA Federal Contractor - Priority Referral Requested.<br><br>Weatherford is an Equal Opportunity Employer Females/ Minorities/ Veterans/Disabled and gives consideration for employment to qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or protected veteran status.<br><br><b> Responsibilities </b><br><br><b> Duties and Responsibilities: </b><br><br> &bull; Must attend classroom instructional sessions aimed at product line and Weatherford specific training. <br><br> &bull; Must complete assigned computer-based training as per the predetermined Learning Plan. <br><br> &bull; Must attend all required QHSSE training. <br><br> &bull; Maintain expert level of product knowledge and application. <br><br> &bull; Provide leadership and initiative to continually improve PL overall service quality <br><br> &bull; Focus on specific issues affecting the Product Line <br><br> &bull; Control methods of measuring, analyzing, and responding to quality indicators (CPAR, RADAR etc...) <br><br> &bull; Liaison with support functions such as technical services and training <br><br> &bull; Provide monthly assessment of improvement progress and initiatives in place <br><br> &bull; Oversee and assist in testing program for equipment reliability <br><br> &bull; Establish/Follow Up middle term HSSEQ goals; carry out appropriate actions as required to ensure goals are met <br><br> &bull; Assist with documentation and personnel training initiatives within the Product Line <br><br> &bull; Promote and ensure all operations are conducted in a safe, courteous, and professional manner <br><br> &bull; Field and Locations visits as required <br><br><b> Qualifications </b><br><br><ul><li>Engineering / Science Bachelor`s degree or 7-10 years Oil and Gas Experience </li><li>Operations supervisory experience </li><li> Experience in quality and HSE </li><li> Experience providing technical support in risk management </li><li> Knowledge of creating, reviewing and implementing procedures and policies. </li><li> Knowledge of incident investigation &bull; Knowledge of strategies for alignment with the global quality strategy </li><li>Ability to comprehend, understand and implement a Quality and Safety Environment</li><li>Basic financial understanding (budget and forecasting) </li><li>Competent on Computers </li><li>Proven people-management, organizational- and team skills </li><li>Enthusiastic, pro-active and the ability to carry out tasks under instruction</li><li>Good mentoring / leadership skills</li><li> Advanced English (Spanish-English) </li></ul>
