Description: ISO 14001 certification process (Environmental impact)

- Translate ISO 14001 requirements into functional specifications for GIS/IFM
- Guide the development & implementation process
- establish Management Environmental control plan / compliance check plan (GIS/IFM domain)
- Calculate environmental Key Performance Indicators for GIS/IFM domain : environmental dashboard
- Contribute to Emergency plan establishment and testing of the plan
- preparation & Assist the ISO 14001 audits & certification
- Implement Corrective Actions after Internal audit / External audit (CAF Sheet).
- 3-year follow up of the implemented processes and re-certification

Required Responsibilities:

- Be an expert on the ISO 14001 subject
- Acquire a thorough understanding of the GIS/IFM business processes & risks linked to ISO 14001
- Translate these into creative & simple functional models and checklists
- Create clear & structured documentations for using these models and checklists.
- Explain the solution and guide GIS/IFM through the development and implementation cycles.
- Report on project status & identify potential risks.
- Assist with the ISO 14001 audits & certification (may 2022)
- Follow-up of ISO 14001 implementation and process (during 3 years after the certification).

Degree & Experience:
Experience in Certification process analysis
- thorough knowledge of the ISO 14001 requirements

Technical skills:

- Microsoft Office tools
- good knowledge of Facility Management subjects

Languages:
Fluent in Dutch & French, & written English
