Your Role – International, Challenging And Future-Oriented! In this role you will support the high-performance Area Sales team in the Middle East based in the UAE (Dubai & Abu Dhabi). Receives request for quotation's bill of quantity from Sales Team or directly custome Prepares cost / calculation sheets along with required export control checks Prepares quotation where required for Sales for Digital Industries & sends signed / system approved offers to customers. Handles and checks Purchase order from Sales, Product Manager or directly from customer Receives Purchase order from customer with clean order check list. Prepares internal cost sheet, checks part nos. and prices and liase with Technical Specialists from business segments to verify part numbers if required Forwards orders to Order Management team through Share point with supporting documents such as official Purchase Order, PO Checklist and calculation sheet and special cost reference (if any). Checks and approves Purchase order created by OM team before orders are released to factory where required Generates required export Control Checks for customer. Forward enquiries to responsible Agents / Partners. Creates and extends SAP materials in Material Master Requests for creation of customers in the master data list and Industry Mall Handles order process of Siemen's catalog/brochures and other promotional items. Support Sales Managers with material delivery follow up & Prioritization process in close coordination with Business Unit & OM Team Your Qualifications And Skills – Digital And Solid! Bachelors in Administration 6-8 Years in Similar role Proficient in Excel, SAP knowledge will be beneficial Any required certification Team player, coordination with various business segments English , Arabic will be an advantage What else do you need to know?
