The Role: Motion Graphic Designer Grade (relevant for internal applicants only): 09 The Location: Makati, Philippines, India, Pakistan, or Buenos Aires The Team: Reporting under the Digital Technology Services (DTS) organization, the EssentialTECH Education team creates e-learning modules that aid the organization’s initiatives in the S&P Global workplace. Aside from e-modules, the graphic design team also supports program management initiatives and projects that drive effective communication of key strategic goals. The Impact: The EssentialTECH creative team is a high-performing group of professionals dedicated to providing high quality creative deliverables to support business needs and strategy. You will work with all levels of employees including senior management and various departments to ensure delivery of output that is critical to the business. In this role, exposure and involvement with the varied activities and initiatives across global business units and across all roles and levels of the company can be gained. You’ll be part of a growing team that works collaboratively with local and global teams. Responsibilities: Work in collaboration with the Program Managers of the EssentialTECH team towards the development and creation of design assets that involves but not limited to motion graphic design, presentation design, infographics, and design assets for digital or print media. Conceptualize and develop visual story boards and execute narration videos/e-learning modules for learning and business objectives in-line with DTS and EssentialTECH strategic goals. Connect with project managers and subject matter experts from cross-functional roles to create design deliverables such as presentations, videos, live video, digital and print collaterals that support communications, change management initiatives and projects in all departments across the organization. Utilize consultation skills to provide professional recommendations and guidance when working with key stakeholders, SMEs, and Learning Program Managers to produce effective and well-designed assets. Communicate status updates on regular frequency to stakeholders as required. What We’re Looking For: Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's/College Degree related to Graphic Design. Working knowledge of artistic and graphic design principles and techniques, that can be demonstrated via digital portfolio or resume-website. Demonstrated skills in using traditional and computer-based design methods and software including but not limited to Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (AfterEffects, Premiere, Audition, InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop), Microsoft Powerpoint, Word and Excel. Work independently and effectively; manage multiple tasks, projects, resources and operate comfortably in a fast-paced environment. Strong English speaking and writing skills. Collaborative work style with ability to adapt to change, solicit input, influence, and support decision-making. Excellent listener; seeks broad input and feedback; employs frequent and effective follow-up. Service and quality-oriented approach to projects and deliverables Maintains a high level of personal confidentiality. Amenable to work US hours Preferred Qualifications: Experience leading design projects within a corporate environment. Experience with instructional design (e-learning) creation. Experience working with senior stakeholders in a corporate environment. Experience working cross-culturally with varied colleagues in a global environment.
