Financial Controller

Location: Budapest, Hungary Department: SE GP SV CD DIGI FIN Job Grade: 07 S30 or 06 S30 Mode of Employment: Permanent/Full-time LET’S TALK ABOUT YOU Your profile University degree or higher required in Accounting, Finance or related field required. A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in Finance or Controlling. Expertise and/or very good knowledge of Excel & preferably also in SAP Advantage if you have knowledge in this tools also: Microsoft Suite, Tableau, Focus+, and DASH tools Must have knowledge of Reporting and Controlling. Must possess the ability and desire to plan, control, and contribute to solving complex problems. Strong financial, interpersonal, analytical and computer skills required. Knowledge of advanced business models would be a plus (“pay as you save”, subscription models for cloud based digital solutions). Advantage if you have basic knowledge of the power gen market You are a networker who can score points with strong communication skills, good time management and negotiating skills. As you work in an international environment, you are business fluent in English. Ability to identify issues and resolve them independently. Demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills Your responsiilities Works with your technical partner in the product portfolio team to drive the global Business plan, respective business case evaluations (ROI etc), and financial aspects of product development and lifecycle management. Supports with the product pricing, concepts for the digital offerings and provides the Financial KPI's to steer the business Own the portfolio budgets and works within the financial team to monitor and track R&D budgets, business cases and product lifecycle costs. Provides expert analysis and evaluations on financial, accounting, cost, and trend reports to improve the results of the organization.
