Product Manager - Medium Voltage Switchgear and Components

Our Power Systems business provides an extensive portfolio of products, automation, and engineered solutions for utilities, mining, data centres, critical buildings, and infrastructure. From medium-voltage switchgear and transformers to energy automation, we cover all power distribution needs to make energy safer and more reliable. The key aim of this exciting role will be to lead all aspects of the marketing strategies (monitoring, maintaining, and implementation) and develop Schneider Electric medium voltage transactional switchgear and components portfolio for Australia and New Zealand. So, what exactly will you be doing? Manage, develop and maintain our transactional product portfolios such as Ring Main Unit, secondary distribution switchgear and components Deploy our EcoStruxure connected features to enable digital services and digital customer experience Ensure the effective and successful launch of new products Carry out market analysis, including pricing, trends and competition Provide support and work closely with sales and tendering teams Take responsibility for order intake, sales, margin, and stocking policies Take responsibility to develop business through Contractor, OEM and Panel builder partners So why are you perfect for this role? You are marketing or business qualified. However, if complemented by a technical qualification, it would be advantageous. You have solid experience in an offer marketing capacity, preferably for B2B technical solutions/offering. You are interested or have knowledge in electrical engineering or similar technical discipline, alternatively a demonstration of learning agility. You are commercially astute and demonstrate to have had a positive impact on business growth through sales. You have excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills are complemented by creativity and critical thinking.
