Auto req ID: 266978BR Job Description D&A / trade Spend: Coordinate the TPM process working with Sales team to decide the D&A spot investment Control / Analize & improve the D&A budget. Set promo budgets by client. Support KAMs to develop promo plans by client Manage & Control every commercial agreement with clients on SAP (over thousand) Track ongoing promo performance & spend Run rolling review process Actualize promo volumes and spend Coordinate & Support KAMs in post promo evaluation Support KAMs to create account promo calendars Create Field execution guidelines (Trade terms guardrails / investment allocation & guard rails event /ROI) Global Processes: Active participation in planning process: QCP/S&OP & monthly Fcst. Pricing: Guaranty brands pricing strategy execution / aligned promo calendar to price strategy. Understand how much of Price/promo to consumer is flowing through our P&L Undertand how well we are supporting our price to consumer at the POS both via execution and trade terms Marketing / Market Intelligence: Set local brands investment priorities aligned with Mkt leaders, Trade Mkt & Market intelligence. Understand consumer trends / competitors / aligned promo strategy to support market trends. Portfolio Optimization / Mix Management: Aligned Trade spend investment to mix profitability improvement Improve portfolio health by promotion calendar. Qualifications/Requirements Bachelor in Business / Engineering / Economy or correlate. Capability to work with cross-functional teams. Highly analytical.Highly social abilities.
