Senior Engineer, Projects (SP3D)

<p><b>Job Summary</b><br />
<br />
- Responsible for implementation and maintenance of Smart Plant 3D application database &amp; reference data, both in project and production environment with necessary correlation with other smart plant applications like SP PID / SPI /SPF.<br />
<br />
- Responsible for migration of project application data to production environment and publishing to SPF.<br />
<br />
- Prepare Piping ISO &amp;GA Drawing Templates and MTO.<br />
<br />
- Prepared clash check and various kinds of report and model review file for checking the quality of 3D Models.<br />
<br />
- Provide awareness on project database, training and technical support for all users during operation phase.<br />
<br />
<b>Key Accountabilities </b><br />
<br />
- Lead SP3D implementation in both Major and Minor projects from scope development, technical support during tendering, leading engineering reviews &amp; model reviews ensuring data quality, integrity &amp; consistency<br />
<br />
- Manage all data changes, uploading, publishing and superseding as part of minor projects and in-house modifications.<br />
<br />
- Manage Major Projects and in-house CAPEX projects for database updates and improvements<br />
<br />
<b>Min. Requirement </b><br />
<br />
<b>Education</b></p>

39;s Degree in Chemical, Mechanical or equivalent Engineering</li>
</ul>

<b>Experience / Skills / Knowledge </b><br />
<br />
- Minimum of 12 years relevant experience in providing engineering design application support in the oil and Gas/Petrochemical Industry and minimum of 5 years in senior role administration and support of SP3D.<br />
<br />
- Intergraph/ Hexogen certification on Smart plant 3D/ System administration is preferred.<br />
<br />
- Expertise in Engineering &amp; Project Documentation environment and establishing/ managing project transmittal system<br />
<br />
- High level of relevant technical knowledge and application specific to Refineries &amp; petrochemicals.<br />
<br />
- Experience in Large Scale FEED/EPC Projects with multidisciplinary design team.<br />
<br />
- Thorough working knowledge of analytic interpretation of data models and environments<br />
<br />
- Thorough knowledge of Smart plant Architecture and Smart Plant enterprise work Processes<br />
<br />
- Experience on relational database management systems (RDBMS)<br />
<br />
- Expertise in experience on Vb.net, C++, VB, SQL, ORACLE, MS-Office<br />
<br />
- Very good oral and written English<br />
