In this role, you will execute standard processes and procedures for warehouse activities in order to meet internal and external customers' requirement<br><br>As a Warehouse & Yard Supervisor, you will be responsible for: <br><ul><li>L eads, coordinates and oversees warehouse & logistics operations <br></li><li>Complying to HSE & Quality policy for your assigned site. Actively participate in HSE programs as assigned <br></li><li>Liaising with Assembly, Maintenance & Overhaul/Manufacturing/Service Delivery/Logistics/Quality as needed to ensure on time delivery and shipments <br></li><li>Reviewing warehouse and yard throughput and efficiency, identify opportunities investigate, develop and execute plans <br></li><li>Being responsible for physical inventory and asset verification (CC/API). <br></li><li>Delivering as outlined in local service level agreement <br></li></ul><br><br><b>Fuel your passion</b><br> To be successful in this role you will: <br><ul><li>Have Associate degree or 2 years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree <br></li><li>Have problem-solving, analytical, communication, leadership, coaching or mentoring skills <br></li><li>Have extensive supply chain background (Warehouse, Sourcing, Procurement and Material Management) or Oil & gas industry experience <br></li><li>Show proficient in use of Microsoft Office, SAP and Excel <br></li><li>Have good communication and interpersonal skill <br></li></ul><br><br><b>Work in a way that works for you</b><br><ul><li>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone. <br></li></ul><br><br><b>Working with us</b><br><br> Our people are at the heart of what we do at Baker Hughes.
