Analyst, Ground Operations

Responsibilities Job Summary: The Ground Operations Analyst is responsible for developing, maintaining and communicating airport services Ground Operations policies and procedures by executing timely and effective communication with clear, well written guidance that meets company standards and complies with regulatory requirements and Safety standards. Develop and maintain the Ground Operations Manual (GOM) Maintain accuracy for the FAA approved programs as follows: De-ice program, fuel training, hazardous materials program Conduct periodic reviews of programs and regulatory policy to ensure complete accuracy, standardization, and compliance Coordinate revisions, updates, and modifications to maintain program currency and integrity Analyze, process, develop and issue Ground Operations Bulletins to ensure Airport Services Ground Operations personnel are informed of policy, procedures May perform other responsibilities as assigned. Responsibilities and duties may change when circumstances dictate (e.g., emergencies change in workload, rush jobs or technical developments). Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or 5-7 years' experience Domestic & International travel approximately 25% of time Exert up to 50 lbs of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs of force frequently, and/or up to 10 lbs. of force constantly to move objects. Demonstrate strong verbal and written communications skills. Demonstrate organizational skills and must be detail oriented. Develop advanced skills in standard software applications including Microsoft Office and Adobe. Handle multiple tasks simultaneously Possess thorough knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations, AOSSP, FAA, DOT and TSA regulations. Knowledgeable on ticketing, gate, fueling, deicing, and ramp operations policies and procedures. Coordinate with other operating departments to ensure consistency in manual content on a cross-divisional basis. Develop, implement and monitor policies, procedures, programs and practices as necessary to ensure corporate goals and objectives are met.
