Power Quality Offer Manager - Gulf & Saudi

What will you do? The mission of this role is to develop and manage the product offering of Power Quality Products and Solutions in addition to providing the first line of technical support to internal & external stakeholders. The Offer Manager acts as the primary point of contact for all aspects of Business Development, Marketing mix, Product, Price, Promotion & Place. The holder will provide strong technical and commercial support for their offers to the Schneider Electric sales/commercial teams and the Schneider Electrics' Partners, maximising the competitive advantage that their offer delivers. The holder must posses in-depth knowledge in the design & functioning of various Power Quality components & equipment (VarSet & Accusine Active Filters) and should have a strong understanding of the commercial enviroment for the Power Solutions business. They will work closely with Business Unit contacts in the Line of Business contributing to product development and enriching and sharing analysis of the local market environment and sales performance. 1 Act as the primary contact for the various Power Quality offers providing operational support for the different stake holders, internally and externally. 2 Define the go-to-market strategies by studying the various segments, understating customer needs, analysing competition and effective price positioning. 3 Responsible for the profitability of the offer, price realization, mix management, marketing communications and promotional campaigns. 4 Ensure the successful conversion of a bid to an order by working closely with the sales, global marketing teams, factories, and project tendering & execution teams. 5 Lead consultant prescription activities for their respective offer/solution, to ensure Schneider is an approved/preferred supplier. 6 Provide technical & commercial support to the sales force & Schneider Electric partners by bringing deep or specific product and application knowledge. 7 Conduct technical & product offering seminars and trainings for internal & external stakeholders such as partners, consultants, contractors, end users. 8 Lead consultant prescription activities for their respective offer/solution, to ensure Schneider is an approved/preferred supplier against competition. 9 Be a PQ expert for the MEA Zone on topics related to discussion with Consultant, End User, Execution Center on all facets of Power Quality Education: Bachelor in Electrical Engineering / Power Systems Price Management, Proficiency in MS Excel and knowledge of various Power Quality tools. Prior working experience in Drives Domain would be an added advantage Experience - Total number of years of professional experience necessary prior to the job entry Min 5 years in Power Quality handling power factor correction & harmonics mitigation solutions.
