MARKET ACCESS MANAGER - J&J INDONESIA The objective of the position is to develop market access strategies to improve access to innovative health care in Indonesia. The individual will provide technical capabilities combined with strategic insights to build access solutions. This includes health economics and market analysis, for respective internal/external partners. Key activities include leading/initiating research projects with local key opinion leaders and decision makers on disease burden and value of innovation. Engaging external customers on improving access to innovation and formulary listing. Crafting and implementing patient access programs and potential innovative project to expand future private market. Additionally, supports pricing strategies for new products to ensure alignment with regional, and global teams. The role will have a strong access & commercial focus and will offer the opportunity for a motivated professional to sharpen his/her commercial competence, negotiation skills and grow the network with internal and external partners to drive long-term outcomes for the enterprise. This role will require strong technical and communication skills and the ability to multitask and collaborate closely with colleagues from various backgrounds. Job Responsibilities Work closely with partners, specifically country level business sectors and Regional Market Access Teams. Facilitate supporting documents require for the listing of new innovative medicines in Government as well as corporate insurance Formularies. Provide tactical and technical support at the country level for market access related matters. Lead the execution of market access projects identified with cross functional team Participate and provide insights on value creation of innovation at pre & post launch planning & discussions Leading Value-based Outcome Models in accordance with business priorities. Facilitate relevant strategies that advocate the value of innovation by engaging external partners and policy makers. Carry out other duties and projects as agreed with functional teams. Qualifications Job Requirements The candidate should have minimum of four to five years’ experience in related market access fields such as Gov & Institution formulary listing, health economics, HTA/Payer body, or other appropriate healthcare stakeholders. An in-depth understanding of payers and their perspective in the key markets. Skilled in identifying early opportunities and risks in the market and developing appropriate solutions. Developed innovative financing models for improving access including collaborations with private health insurance companies or financial institutions. Ability to develop a keen understanding of company goals, prioritize and setting up timelines to meet the company goals. Proven ability to inspire change optimally within an organization. Translate strategic insights into practical, well-grounded initiatives through proactive leadership, networking, active listening and influencing skills. Must possess outstanding communication to effectively interact with cross-functional teams at all levels and responsibilities. Must be capable of leading cross-functional teams to work effectively as a member of different teams to ensure development of high-quality results. Have project management skills, ability to coordinate project teams involving external customers, vendors, internal team members such as Marketing, Clinical, and Pricing. Ability to run projects according to timelines. Qualifications Desired Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Pharmacy/Public Health Can-do / Persistent attitude. Strong collaboration skills.
