The Sales team is responsible for shaping new business, maintaining customer relationships and ensuring customer needs are met.<br><br><b>Partner with the best</b><br><br>In this role, you will be responsible for developing a contemporary industry specific view on Bently Nevada value proposition and define a robust blueprint on how it must evolve with asset performance management needs aligned to IR 4.0, market and geopolitical conditions, and focus on energy transition levers to drive significant growth in our digital offerings.<br>You will play a critical role acting as a credible consultative facilitation point between our solution sales team and enterprise account customers to produce compelling industry and account specific contemporary offerings that resonate with C-suite buying personas.<br><br>As a Digital Industry Consultant, you will be responsible for: <br><ul><li>Developing business value propositions that resonate with identified segment working with broader organization team to align technical value proposition, commercial go to market, and pricing strategy.<br></li><li>Participating and facilitating enterprise discovery workshops with customers in the specific industry, to provide operational real-life experience perspective to drive alignment between customer challenges and Bently Nevada solutions portfolio.<br></li><li>Identifying and maintaining a current outlook on the critical business strategies in practice by the specific industry segment and translating them into prioritized and actionable growth initiatives at Bently Nevada. <br></li><li>Finding and maintaining a current outlook of top competitors within each identified segment, working with the broader organization to produce content to arm our region teams with the knowledge necessary to win new business and displace incumbents<br></li><li>Developing a cohesive energy transition strategy as it pertains to the identified industry, highlighting the pertinent capabilities available today and those that require investment to establish Bently Nevada as a premier provider through this transition<br></li><li>Recommending for business development opportunities related to partnerships and/or acquisitions that expand Bently Nevada's ability to serve value added solutions to the specific industry segment<br></li><li>Building close relationships with key customer personas in the specific industry segment<br></li><li>Supporting the development of relevant specific industry training collateral working with the broader organization that will be leveraged to train our front-line customer facing organizations<br></li><li>Identifying the strategy for important industry specific events to sponsor and attend throughout the year<br></li><li>Consulting on key enterprise digital transformation deals on an as needed basis to support the deal team<br></li></ul><br><br><b>Fuel your passion</b><br><br> To be successful in this role you will: <br><ul><li>Degree in an engineering or business management discipline<br></li><li>Have +15 years of operating industry experience preferably covering a reliability function, operations management, and enterprise transformation roles.<br></li><li>Experience working with Asset Condition Monitoring and Maintenance/Reliability Strategy Management solution providers<br></li><li>Experience working in a matrix organization leveraging peer to peer influence for cross functional team outcomes.<br></li><li>Ability to articulate software and service solutions matching digital transformation and enterprise business imperatives<br></li><li>Have a consultative approach, good organization skills and display personal initiative and ingenuity<br></li><li>Be excellent in interpersonal communication, facilitation & influence, written and verbal communication skills.<br></li><li>Be team-focused, experienced at building relationships and collaborating with diverse stakeholders to problem solve <br></li></ul><br><br><b>Work in a way that works for you</b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
