Junior Test Engineer (Student)

Overview Join our new DB Automation team. Developing E2E Automation to run all our regression tests as fast as possible, while constantly developing new tests and their execution infrastructure to provide the best value possible. Responsibilities Develop E2E Automation along with their required object model Understand application features and write comprehensive test-cases for assessing their quality Investigate failures during automation runs and provide inputs to all relevant stake-holders Execute tests on-demand and according to specific requirements Develop and improve test-execution infrastructure Be the quality gate-keeper for our application Qualifications BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Strong object-oriented coding skills (hands-on, 4 years) Ability to understand and solve problems in unfamiliar areas Strong understanding of complex systems and their quality Ability to work remotely (several countries and time-zones) Strives to get things done Able to break-down complex problem into small tasks Love people and love working with different people Ability to communicate with multiple stake-holders (priority, content etc.) Able to work and achieve results independently Able to assist and tutor other team members PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experienced with E2E UI tests development and maintenance Experienced with CI tools and processes Familiar with AWS EC2, SQS, EKS, CodeBuild Experience working with Linux & Windows
