Field Service Engineer

Responsibilities On-site Support for Gantry & mobile Cargo X-ray System at HZMB Hong Kong site to cover 24x7 Operation. Performs daily and periodic preventive maintenances on G60 Gantry and M60 mobile x-ray systems Prepares system maintenance reports. Provides fault recovery and system repair. Contacts suppliers or Rapiscan overseas team regarding any issues of G60/M60 in site Attends on-call service 24/7/365. Provides system improvement works. Field Service Support Performs preventive maintenance and Radiation survey on RS installed systems as assigned. Provides corrective maintenance and/or on-call support to Customers on RS installed systems as assigned. Provides support for RS system regional and global installations, site surveys and projects as required Generates concise FSE reports (i.e. installation, site survey, service, and other required reports) Provides recommendation based from system assessments in the field as required. Qualifications Diploma/bachelor’s degree in mechanical / Electrical / Electronic or IT related engineering Minimum 1+ years relevant experience in installation, troubleshooting and maintenance services of security equipment or other industry field.
