The role & key responsibilities Process standardization & process efficiency, documenting standards, IT modernization and innovation. Global standardization of the operating model through the implementation, configuration of business rules, workflows and controls of the CargoWise Transport Management System up to branch level in close alignment with Frontline Subject Matter Experts and Management. Responsible for the roll out of new systems and processes in the countries. . Drive continuous improvement through optimization processes, systems developments, and compliance to the standards by users. Facilitates and initiates training and workshops. Manage change through the application of change management tools and in collaboration with the Change Management Practitioners. Collaborates with the Quality & Compliance team ensuring sustainability and continuous improvement. The role reports to the Senior Manager Engineering & Operational Excellence International Key requirements Bachelor’s degree e.g. in logistics, business management or equivalent. Minimal 5 years’ experience in Freight Forwarding. In depth knowledge of Freight Forwarding processes, i.e.: ocean freight, air freight, road and rail transportation, cross dock operations, brokerage, and value-added services. In depth knowledge of the Transport Management System CargoWise One. Able to build & maintain relationships with front line management & employees as well as with regional and functional leadership. Strong project management experience & expertise. Fluency in spoken and written English.
