Too Faced Make-up Artist - Bijenkorf Amsterdam (32 h)

The Too Faced Beauty Consultant main objective is to achieve retail sales targets in retail, through events and artistry, product education, training De Bijenkorf BC’s and Too Faced BC’s on the Too Faced Cosmetics product line and driving the team to achieve their specific goals. This is a field-based position. The Key Responsibilities for this position are Retail Sales Achieve monthly sales goals and KPIs given to you by your Commercial Manager by executing promotional and event calendars at store level. Discuss sales goal achievement with store managers on a regular basis, empower them to increase their business through at-counter events, outreach programs and scheduled appointments. Take part in all major event set-up and execution, leading the sales team and selling by example. Send the KPI on a daily or weekly basis to your Commercial Manager Merchandising Monitor level of cleanliness of counter stock & display units. Adhere to current merchandising guidelines. Make sure fixtures & tester units are clean & visually appealing. Communicate “any “space & location changes immediately to Management. Monitor tester replenishment. Communication Communicate with your Manager at least once weekly with one 30-60 minutes status call and by regular emails to update. Weekly review of sales with high profile stores. If necessary, coach on additional strategies to achieve sales goals. Alert management of all out of stocks as they occur. Inform the store team of all seasonal activity well in advance to ensure proper set-up and preparation. Cooperate in an excellent communication flow with the team on a weekly basis, sharing key information and goals. Cooperate with monthly reporting/action plans to the BK. Qualifications Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Power Point You need to be sales/results-driven and be confident with handling figures Knowledge of De Bijenkorf structure, make up business and KPIs for their market preferred English and Dutch skills, both written and verbal Excellent communication skills desired Excellent flexibility/adaptability Passion for the beauty industry is a must (2-3 years of experience preferred) Make up artistry background and retail operational experience in the field Job: Retail - Store Primary Location: Europe, Middle East, Africa-NL-NH-Amsterdam Job Type: Standard Schedule: Part-time Job Number: 2120636
