Responsibilities Business: • Responsible for PLM of the Sydney ScanOS group. • Responsible for technical direction and product roadmaps for the ScanOS group. • Support customer facing and OA industry initiatives to inform product direction and influence market. • Manages activities that take place during solution ideation, solution design, and solution implementation of the ScanOS platform. • Reviews business context for solutions to company challenges as well as defining the vision and requirements for the solution, recommending potential options, (which may include RFIs, RFPs or prototype development), selecting the most optimal option, and the development of an executable roadmap for the selected solution for the development and deployment teams. • Communicates the architecture to stakeholders (Sales, service, training) and collaborates and coordinates implementation. • Influences changes to business processes and standards to support organizational goals. • Supports the architectural aspects of all application projects for ScanOS. • Directs the identification and recommendation of appropriate solutions, upgrades, replacements, or decommissioning options incorporating business and technology productivity, usability, and total cost of ownership. • Develops and executes solutions which further reduce the percentage of time spent on reactive work. • Provides analysis of security protection technologies, as necessary. Qualifications Qualifications: • Education - Bachelor's degree in engineering • Skills – Program management, customer facing engagement, product lifecycle management, financial acumen, strong communication across organization level and disciplines both internal and external to the company • Experience – 7+ years of project management
