School Admissions Officer Harrow

<p>An outstanding Harrow School are looking for an Admissions Officer <br /><br /><br />6 month fixed term contract initially.<br /> <br /> Competitive salary.<br /> <br /> Successful candidates must own an enhanced DBS or be happy to have one run on you.<br /> <br /> Previous experience in admissions within a school setting is essential.<br /> <br /> Previous use of SIMs or other school based packages is essential.<br /> <br /> The Role:<br /> </p><ul><li>Provide a wide range of support to the admissions team</li><li>Acknowledging and processing Year 9 and 12 admissions</li><li>Guiding new starters and prospective parents through the admissions process</li><li>Send out marketing material as requested</li><li>Process all registration and deposit payments</li><li>Liaise with finance</li><li>Update website</li><li>Assist with visas when required</li><li>Assist with testing processes required by the school</li><li>Assist with Open Morning preparation</li><li>Update student records on the database</li><li>Provide information and reports as requested</li></ul><br /> What you need to do now?<br /> <br /> If you are interested in this role, click ''apply now', or email Matt Davidson on with an up to date copy of your CV.<br /><p>Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
