Proposal Design Specialist (Graphic Design)

Proposal Design Specialist GL:09 (Internal Use Only) The Role: The Proposal Design Specialist is responsible for timely coalition and delivery of high-quality presentations, for both internal and external facing clients, in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, they will serve as a subject matter expert on the S&P Market Intelligence proposal and presentation process. The ideal candidate is a thought leader, able to see the big picture without overlooking the details, fosters a positive and responsive team environment, and can quickly adjust to shifting schedules and requirements. As regulatory burdens and compliance requirements increase, our Proposal Management team’s goal is to provide our clients with the accurate and timely information they need to make key business decisions with confidence. Key Roles & Responsibilities: Design and develop interactive templates for proposals and presentations in accordance with brand guidelines Create graphics and collaterals that illustrate the features and benefits of the business/product Liaising with the commercial, product, and marketing teams to understand the requirements and to receive feedback on the collateral Maintaining the library of the updated collaterals Assist with the ongoing formatting of client deliverables Experience/Requirement Graphic design experience of 2 - 4 years (or equivalent) Expertise in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, and InDesign Understanding of marketing and branding Able to work independently and meet deadlines Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills Knowledge of the design process and the ability to execute Strong communication skills Excellent eye for detail Open to working in the night shift Additional Qualifications: Ability to work on multiple concurrent projects. Ability to work independently but also function as a key contributor to a small, collaborative team. Ability to adapt to various people and working styles under tight deadlines. Ability to uphold brand and style guidelines. Strong understanding of how people view and understand content. Must have exceptionally strong attention to detail. Possess excellent leadership, communication, prioritization, and organizational skills. Editing skills; excellent knowledge of grammar and punctuation.
