In line with WayO overall Strategy Drive strategic sales and marketing alignment with a customer centric focus to deliver business growth Be the WayO expert and single point of contact for the MarCom of our Offers, Markets, Customers, Business, and Competition Conduct analysis on competitor MarCom Develop clear, concise, consistent, and differentiating WayO value proposition to define impactful messaging for all our key audiences Develop WayO content and messaging, then create&drive initiatives like playbooks, blogs, articles, white papers, press release, social media posts, presentation digital marketing, events, speaking opportunities, thought leaderships Manage social media, website content & SEO strategy Work on products web RDS: key words, description, image, SEO, … Coordinate contents creation: Studio, Marketing Collaterals, assets, events, Customer stories, … Manage relation with Media including press releases Organize and prepare CXO presence in media Create Technical assets, brochures, videos, … Monitor web&MarCom performance Organize internal communication in coordination with HR EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS End-Users Distributors and System Integrators Consultants and Engineering firms Marketing&PR Agencies INTERNAL INTERACTIONS Multiple, mainly Product Managers, Customer Support, HR, and Sales&Marketing Department (Solution Architects, other BD Managers, Tender Managers, Inside Sales, …) COMPETENCES and CAPABILITIES This is a key role, to be considered you must meet the following criteria: Pragmatic, Collaborative, Performance-oriented, Customer and Business Focus, with high degree of initiative and autonomy Knowledge of the Water & Wastewater sector as a provider of digital solutions, software, technologies, solutions, and services into the industry A demonstratable successful track record of communication and marketing Ability to work in a multifunctional team and with global teams and different cultures Strong digital marketing understanding and background Foster collaboration to lead transverse team and networking Ability to proactively create MarCom assets and resources Some familiarity with the processes, pain points, constraints, and opportunities of the market Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, other language(s) spoken is a plus Relevant experience (5-10 years) Let us learn about you!
