PMC Mechanical Manager

<p><b>Overview / Responsibilities </b><br />

Wood is currently seeking expression of interest for a competent PMC Mechanical Manager responsible for managing and delivering the mechanical scope of work of the PMC contract to Wood and client&
39;s satisfaction.<br />
<br />
Please note that at this stage, applications for this role are invited as an Expression of Interest (EOI) whilst opportunities are being fully determined.</p>

<p>&nbsp;</p>

<ul>
<li>Reports to the engineering management team.</li>
<li>Supervises up to 5 Lead Engineers of the same discipline.</li>
<li>Develops corporate strategies, procedures and work instructions.</li>
<li>Approves Lead Engineers&
39; planning, document register, and manhour forecasts.</li>
<li>Assigns appropriate manpower.</li>
<li>Ensures deliverables are high quality and conformance to corporate engineering procedures is maintained.</li>
<li>Interfaces with Project Manager / Engineering Manager on design / engineering issues.</li>
<li>Performance manages Lead Engineers and their teams.</li>
<li>Acts as the technical authority for the discipline.</li>

<b>Skills / Qualifications </b></p>

<ul>
<li>Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering</li>
<li>Minimum of 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry</li>
<li>Strong working knowledge of international codes and standards</li>
<li>Familiar with the latest design engineering and analytical techniques / software</li>
<li>Experience across all engineering phases FEED and EPC</li>
</ul>
