We have an exciting opportunity for a Marcoms Specialist to join our Marketing team. Based in Macquarie Park, Sydney in a hybrid work environment this role will report to Marketing Operations Leader - Pacific. You will be responsible for managing communications, ensuring implementation of marketing strategies/activities with a focus on tactical execution. You will also be leading digital first omni-channel marcoms campaigns What exactly you will be doing: execute the digital marketing strategies working in partnership with the Channel Managers, Segment Leaders, Offer Managers and Marketing Communications Manager ensure that the programs will drive demand generation, brand awareness and commercial outcomes deliver best in class digital marketing activations and initiatives to achieve channel/segment/brand focus on campaign planning and execution which include omnichannel marketing mix like traditional, digital media, events, social media, customer stories/ blogs work closely with the broader marketing team, analyse key metrics to evaluate effectiveness, optimise integrated communications plan, provide insights and updates About you: You are a highly driven, digital first marcom specialist. You are collaborative and passionate about the work that you do! In addition, you possess the following relevant skills: university degree or equivalent (marketing or similar) demonstrated experience of 2-3 years with B2B marketing (preferably) ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships strong digital marketing acumen, across all media buy, social media & marketing automation strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated good presentation skills customer first mind-set At Schneider Electric we put customers first, embrace different and act like owners.
