We have an exciting opportunity for a Social Media Specialist to join our Marketing team. Based in Macquarie Park, Sydney in a hybrid work environment this role will report to Marketing Operations Leader - Pacific. You will be responsible for the development of the tactical social media plan in line with local & global business objectives for our brands. You will manage our social media agency and are responsible for the execution across all social platforms. What exactly you will be doing: deliver best in class social media activations and initiatives to achieve objectives in line with annual sales and marketing plans develop and monitor impactful social media campaigns and always-on strategies lead the development of creative assets, including ideation, copy and monthly content calendars grow social media communities with a focus on community management manage the agency relationships and oversee execution including establishing cadence of WIPs act as a key liaison between local and global stakeholders and our social media agency partners About you: You are a highly driven, social media specialist. You are collaborative and passionate about the work that you do! In addition, you possess the following relevant skills: university degree or equivalent (marketing or similar) demonstrated 2-3 years of experience with B2B marketing (preferably) experience with briefing, content creation of social media content & calendar strong understanding of current Social Media platforms strong understanding of digital marketing tactical mix and development of omni-channel customer-focused marketing campaigns strong understanding of marketing funnel and martech stack At Schneider Electric we put customers first, embrace different and act like owners.
