To continue our success, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Field Sales Operations Manager to join our team. This role reports directly into the National Sales Support Manager and will see the successful candidate managing the effective and efficient delivery of field sales strategies in line with the commercial calendar. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, and remote PepsiCo employees from our Shared Services Centre. This role advertised as Sydney, NSW however we are open to applicants from other cities across Australia also. Key Accountabilities: Work cross-functionally to lead the strategic planning and communication of monthly commercial priorities, ensuring that all information is readily available to the Sales team, to achieve gold-standard execution against commercial objectives Work closely with external providers to ensure fit-for-purpose and best-in-class Field Sales Systems are in place and available to the Field Sales team Forward forecast and investigate new technologies, systems, data, and analytical inputs that can be implemented to enable more efficient time in store and increased time to sell for the Field Sales team, in an ever-changing landscape and market Lead the planning and coordination of monthly safety topics in conjunction with the Field Sales Director and the EHS team Manage the Traditional Trade Shopper Marketing & Category Support for Field Sales Qualifications/Requirements Qualifications, Skills & Experience: 5+ years sales experience within the FMCG industry, with demonstrated sales performance Strong people skills (communication, influencing and negotiation) teamed with a high level of analytical skills (numeracy, computer literate in MS Office Suite, SAP, and Access).
