Talent Acquisition Coordinator with Turkish

As TA Senior Coordinator you will be a member of the TA team and you will own the talent acquisition co-ordination processes for Turkey internal and external recruitment. You will deliver best in class candidate & hiring manager experience. Main accountabilities: Provide staffing support with achieving key metrics (interview scheduling; organizing interview debriefing sessions; completing reference checks; initiating offer process; providing feedbacks to all candidates; organizing hiring documents) Manage vacancies in ATS – Kenexa (opening, posting and closing roles, managing all requisitions) Conduct sourcing in order to reach passive candidates if needed (LinkedIn, Talent Network) Keep all stakeholders up to day and daily collaborate with Hiring Managers, Recruiters and Candidates Ensure all processes are administered accurately and in timely manner Provide ad-hoc support regarding employer branding or other recruitment-related tasks Qualifications/Requirements Around 1-2 years of relevant professional recruitment experience within a fast paced and dynamic environment Previous agency/search firm experience would also be relevant Strong administration and IT skills (Microsoft Office) Proficiency in Turkish and English Ability to multi-task and work against the right priorities Great interpersonal and collaboration skills Can-do attitude, strong motivation and willingness for taking on challenges Ability to adapt to changes Relocation Eligible: Eligible for Limited Relocation Job Type: Regular
