PROJECT MGR

<p><b>For OneSubsea Project Executions we are looking to strengthen our team within Project Support and is hiring Project Manager/Package Manager. </b><br />

You will be part of a dedicated and experienced project team. Our team provide project support for both national and international process system projects.<br />
<br />
The job will include independent tasks and working in team with project and engineering across our internal organization and external clients.<br />
<br />

<br />
<b>Job description: </b><br />
The Project Manager/Package Manager has the overall responsibility for the management of allocated project package(s). This includes HSE, Quality, Risk Management, Profitability, Performance, Schedule, Compliance with Contract Requirements and Client satisfaction<br />
The PM will coordinate activities with internal OneSubsea departments, external vendors and customers as required to ensure the project is executed in accordance with the contract requirements.<br />
<br />
<b>Main responsibilities: </b></p>

<ul>
<li>Ensure adherence to global and local procedures and work practices</li>
<li>Manage and motivate the Package Team. Lead by example in demonstrating our Core Values</li>
<li>Manage the work package budget</li>
<li>Ensure delivery according to contractual dates and targets set by the projects, by expediting engineering, procurements and plant activities</li>
<li>Monitor that the Master Document List (MDR) is established and follow-up that the package documents/drawings are issued according to schedule and approved</li>
<li>Manage the Engineering plan, including planning, status reporting and ensuring on time delivery of engineering tasks</li>
<li>Monitor and follow-up On Time release of engineering BOM items</li>
<li>Initiate/monitor/participate in Design Reviews and audits.</li>
<li>Monitor / follow-up that supplier documents and Manufacturing Record Book (MRB).</li>
<li>Provide input to Lessons Learned database</li>
<li>Monitor / follow-up that internal/external interfaces</li>
<li>Monitor / follow-up Quality Control Plan and the Inspection and Test Plan</li>
<li>Ensure Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), deviation requests, concession requests are managed and approved in a timely manner to avoid /minimize cost and schedule impact</li>
<li>Ensure Mechanical Completion (MC) system is established for the package and monitor / follow-up execution of MC and closure of any punch items on time</li>
<li>Prepare for assembly and test activities</li>
<li>Ensure that Delivery Notes are created in SAP for Sales Order line items</li>
<li>Continuous improvements and general support of business needs</li>

<b>Minimum Job Qualifications</b><br />
<b>Required background:</b></p>

<ul>
<li>B.Sc. or M.Sc) with relevant Engineering/Business administration degree.</li>
<li>Minimum 2-3 years relevant work experience within project execution.</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.</li>
<li>Good knowledge of English.</li>
<li>Ability to interface with customers and 3rd party vendors.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and in a team.</li>
<li>Knowledge in basic PC applications (MS word, Excel, PPT etc.).</li>
</ul>

<li>Experience from the oil and gas industry.</li>
</ul>

<li>Good knowledge of subsea production systems.</li>
<li>Experience using SAP is preferred.</li>
<li>Norwegian written and English communication skills.</li>
</ul>
