Work Permit and Visa Coordinator

<b> Overview / Responsibilities </b><br><br>Wood (trading locally as WOOD KSS JSC) is currently recruiting for a Work Permit and Visa Coordinator with extensive experience in the oil and gas petrochemical industry (for KZ passport holders). <br><br>Responsibilities: <br><ul><li> Administration of the process of obtaining permits to attract foreign labor, including: </li></ul><br> Preparation of information and necessary documentation <br><br> Compliance with the procedures provided for by the legislation on migration <br><br> Work with the migration service <br><br> Processing of incoming documentation, preparation and sending of necessary information and letters <br><br> Interaction with the authorized state body <br><br> Control of quotas for professions and, if necessary, apply for the expansion of the provided quotas <br><br> Representation of the interests of the company in obtaining permits <br><ul><li> Participation in audits/inspections/meetings held by supervisory authorities, preparation of substantiated answers, prevention of violation of the company's rights </li><li> Improvement of processes and methods of work </li><li> Preparation, execution of personnel documentation including orders, employment contracts, additional agreements, job descriptions </li><li> Ensuring the conduct of onboarding inductions </li></ul> <br><br><b> Skills / Qualifications </b><br><br>Higher education <br><br> At least 5 years' experience in personnel administration <br><br> Knowledge and experience of application of labor legislation, on population migration <br><br> Knowledge of three languages - Kazakh, Russian, English at an advanced level <br><br><b> Company Overview </b><br><br>Wood is a global leader in engineering and consultancy across energy and the built environment, helping to unlock solutions to some of the world's most critical challenges.
