39;s code of ethics and business conduct.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>About the role</b></p><p></p><p>Working with our clients’ leadership teams; our technology delivery leads are responsible for delivering technology enabled business transformation programs. These are often multi-year, highly complex, business critical multi-application environments to enable and unlock new value streams within the client’s digital landscape.</p><p> </p><p><b>The role of the Test Manager will be expected to perform the following:</b></p><ul><li><p>Leading the QA function using primarily Agile methodologies</p></li><li><p>Defining and implementing programme test strategy</p></li><li><p>Definition and maintenance of Guidewire specific test standards including process and documentation for each programme undertaken</p></li><li><p>Ownership and accountability of overall test estimation and effort for each project and programme undertaken for all types of testing (SIT, UAT, Performance, Security, Scalability etc). </p></li><li><p>Responsible for resource planning of the testing effort across all disciplines of testing  </p></li><li><p>Definition of automation frameworks covering API, UI and mobile capability </p></li><li><p>Delivery of the testing reporting framework including real-time status on the overall test effort and providing stakeholder level updates highlighting risk and issues </p></li><li><p>Assisting release management group in defining the test environment strategy and environment specification for the programme</p></li><li><p>Responsible for planning and overview execution of all test disciplines in scope across large complex end to end solutions. </p></li><li><p>Documenting test results, ready for compilation into consolidated high-level reports</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Requirements</b></p><p></p><p>As a Test  Manager in the FS space we expect you to have a proven track record in helping Insurers in their digital transformations, taking a QA lead role for the overall delivery lifecycle of the solution. Furthermore, the ideal candidate will:              </p><ul><li><p>Demonstrate working to the best industry standards and ensure that the delivery of the solutions are pragmatic, timely and aligned to the Clients business objectives and security requirements.</p></li><li><p>Have 3&
43; years hands on experience as a Test Manager, with a track record of delivering complex projects including Guidewire implementations, in Insurance industry for Tier 1 clients.</p></li><li><p>Strong experience in delivery test strategies covering all disciplines of testing including functional, system integration, end to end and performance testing.</p></li><li><p>Strong experience in working in Agile testing environments delivering TDD/BDD and automation capability.</p></li><li><p>Strong experience in stakeholder management at all levels delivering clear real-time status on test progress, risks and issues.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of Insurance Industry solutions such as Guidewire, EIS, DuckCreek, TIA, SSP Select, SAP Claims Management, INSIS, Aggregator Integration etc.</p></li><li><p>An inspiring team leader, able to rapidly establish and lead high-performing, multi-disciplinary, cross geography teams, drawn from across PwC, our clients’ staff and third party organisations.</p></li><li><p>Offshore Delivery Management - An effective delivery leader with deep experience in managing QA delivery in onshore/offshore model.</p></li><li><p>Individual, social and business interaction - flexibility in using a range of influencing styles in order to build strong sustainable relationships, and demonstrating the firm&
39;s values.</p></li><li><p>Business acumen – Ability to explore opportunities and seek to understand if they are commercially right for the firm in the context of our Purpose.
