If you're looking to join a supportive, welcoming and collaborative agency where you can learn and grow, this is the place for you. <br /><br /></p><p> </p><p> </p><br /><br />THE ROLE<br /><br /><p>The Senior Insight Manager is a key position within the Ad Hoc team. You'll be working as part of the account team, with a mix of junior and senior colleagues, reporting to client directors. <br /><br /> You'll have experience of all stages of the research project life cycle but it's your analysis and storytelling skills that will be most valued in this role.<br /><br /> Key responsibilities include:<br /> - managing all aspects of qual and quant research projects from inception to completion<br /> - working with client teams to produce high quality work and acting as a first point of contact for clients<br /> - designing research materials (questionnaires, screeners, stimulus and discussion guides)<br /> - analysing quantitative data in Q-Research software<br /> - analysing qualitative transcripts/videos<br /> - moderating IDIs and focus groups<br /> - presenting insights to clients<br /> - coaching and mentoring junior colleagues<br /><br /></p><p> </p><p> </p><br /><br />YOU<br /><br /><p>We'd love to hear from you if you are/have:<br /> - 5+ years' experience working in qual and quant market research, ideally agency side<br /> - strong experience of running Ad Hoc research projects<br /> - a track record of digital and F2F qualitative methodologies and of a range of quant methodologies (conjoint and segmentation is a distinct advantage<br /> - proven ability working with complex data sets (a strong grasp of Excel is essential)<br /> - experience using data analysis software (SPSS and Q-Research) is desirable<br /> - a gift for finding the story in the data and for presenting findings to clients<br /> - great client/account management skills<br /><br /> If this sounds like you, please get in touch today.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong>Salary: </strong>£40,000 - £45,000 -<br /><strong>Location: </strong>Greater London<br /><strong>Job Type: </strong>Permanent</p><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong>NB: You must be eligible to work in the UK</strong></p><p> </p><p>If this role isn't what you are looking for, don't worry.
