We oversee and support the installation , maintenance and long- term planning of our products cutting edge at global customer sites<br><br><b>Partner with the best</b><br><br>As a Project Management Specialist you will be responsible for Project Management, Planning & Coordinating activities typically in the context of a production or services project to fulfill a customer order or need according to financial &commercial parameters and ensuring customer satisfaction.<br><br>As a Project Management Specialist you will be responsible for:<br> <br><ul><li>Contributing to the development of an operational year plan for own department activities of the team.</li><li>Suggesting improvements in products, processes and procedures.</li><li>All activities related to the supervision, organization and execution of a service project, including scope, time, contract (if not covered by a dedicated Contract Manager) cost & quality management.</li><li>Project methodologies and standards including scheduling and control to fulfill a customer order or need according to financial& commercial parameters.</li><li>Working together with people from the business unit.</li><li>Contacting under guidance and/or geared towards specifying activities, planning of activities and giving explanations on technical issues.</li><li>Handling standardized project processes & Guidelines for choosing the right actions. Some latitude in ways of working and planning.</li><li>Handling targeted clients.</li><li>Working based on predefined contracts and frameworks. Some latitude to deviate from those conditions.</li></ul><br><br><b>Fuel your passion</b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br> <br><ul><li>Bachelor's degree from an engineering university or college (with at least 3 years of experience in Services).</li><li>Previous experience in working with Sonatrach.</li><li>2+years of experience in project management.</li><li>Experience in oil & gas is preferred.</li><li>Must be fluent in French.</li><li>Good level of English language, speaking and writing.</li><li>Strong oral and written communication skills.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently.</li><li>Strong problem solving skills.</li></ul><br><br><b>Work in a way that works for you</b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
